    So I have been experiencing backache for more than a week now.
    Let me recount what happened...


    Day 1 (last Thursday)
    It started out with a minor one.
    Could be because I was walking for about 4hrs straight on flat shoes.
    And possibly made worse when I used my laptop 'wrongly'.
    Meaning, both the laptop and I were on the floor.
    Bad, bad posture.


    Thought it was a minor one.
    The next day, I decided to not be such a wimp and went for my run etc etc.
    Sadly, it got worse.
    Rub some ointment and placed koyok on it for a few days.
    On Tuesday, things were looking bright...


    Day 7 (Wednesday): Killer timetable
    Got to do corridor duty from 6.30am.
    Followed by lessons all the way till 12pm. Only with recess as a break.
    I realised I didn't get a proper sit-down from the moment I left home till then.
    It had to make a comeback.
    I almost couldn't get out of bed (literally) the next day.


    Had to put up with it a couple more days.
    But wait, then came my loser moment on Saturday...
    I didn't notice that my mom had just mopped that section of the floor.
    The door chose that moment to threaten to slam. Could be the wind or something.
    Weirdly, I ran for it. (I usually don't bother.)
    The next thing I knew, I was flat on my back.
    It really happened so fast I didn't know how I slipped and fell.
    My first thought - MY BACK!!!


    Day 12 (Monday)
    Today, the pain is minimal.
    I hope I can get back to exercising tmr.
    I feel like a blob of fats now. T.T
