Finally an update after months!

I still get the kicks out of using 'last year' to exaggerate the time. Hehe..

Talking about last year, this year...
You can call me a bimbo but I kept on thinking that some stuff are the 10th instalment of smth.
Some examples:
Writing 10 - The 10th draft?
Competition 10 - The tenth time the race is held?
Ben 10 - There's 10 versions of Ben?

Haha.. Yea I know the last one is true.
My point is, I hope that people would just add the apostrophe like this: '10
That makes it more obvious, right?
I need all the help I can get to adjust to this new decade.

Halfway through the first term and I'm starting to feel ARGH!!!
So bloody happy that there's this long weekend break!
Went to Sentosa for a picnic with the family. Weee!!!

I've never looked so gleeful so early in the day.

That's how happy I was.

We achieved our bimbo objective: To get tanned. :D

I played with my sis' specs.

Think I kind of look good in them, for once.

Perhaps I should get a new pair in that shape or whatever you call it.

Okays so the September holidays came and went.
It wasn't much of a break for me *wails*
I was busy bringing my kiddos out for competition and rushing to meet deadlines [again!]
Managed to squeeze in happy things between the pile of work though
:) Read a novel
:) Girls' night out with mom and sis to Geylang Serai
:) Wii-ed and crappy moment-ed with Rozi & Maths Gang
That's pretty much it. Didn't even get to meet up with Aini or the others...

And the most saddening part: I didn't get to sleep much too.

Its September already?!
Ok, let's start with happy shall we?
In short, my pupils are cute with their messages and all.
Love them lah *Sigh*

Here its comes: BUT...
Sometimes I wish I have the remote control from 'Click'.
Then I can just hit fast forward and go to the December holidays straight away.
I wouldn't have much control of what happens in between.
Right now, I don't mind taking that risk.
'Cause I don't know how much more I can handle.
I can feel white hair growing on my head sia.

The upcoming September holidays is barely a break for me.
Work, work, work. Neverending work.
Hopefully after main stuff are done with, I can at least try to breathe.

So very thankful for the break today.
I decided to heck it and watched 'UP' with my mom in the morning :))
Then slept A LOT. A rainy day like this is awesome!

I wanted to sleep all day.

Well, like Kim said, I kind of got my wish granted.

All the stress / lack of sleep / workload eventually was too much.

My body started to protest.

I started sniffling on Monday.

My colleagues could already see that I was a wreck. Awww...

Went to the doctor and got 2 days MC.

Slept almost all day on Day One. Felt high *~.~*

Then tried to do a bit of work on Day Two.

But seriously, how much can we do when we're sick?

So back to school on Thursday.

Quite stressful coz the deadlines are back to hound me...

But heck it and just do what I could coz...

Friday was National Day Celebrations! Weee heee!!!

Destressed a bit by playing at the arcade. LOL.

Met up with the babes for some emo and fun filled moments.

Enjoyed the company, food and games [especially the NERF gun!]

So now the long weekend is almost over.

Thanks to the flu (finally smth good from it), the deadline that I missed was actually extended.
Phew!

The past week has been ultra stressful.

So I have been experiencing backache for more than a week now.
Let me recount what happened...

Day 1 (last Thursday)
It started out with a minor one.
Could be because I was walking for about 4hrs straight on flat shoes.
And possibly made worse when I used my laptop 'wrongly'.
Meaning, both the laptop and I were on the floor.
Bad, bad posture.

Thought it was a minor one.
The next day, I decided to not be such a wimp and went for my run etc etc.
Sadly, it got worse.
Rub some ointment and placed koyok on it for a few days.
On Tuesday, things were looking bright...

Day 7 (Wednesday): Killer timetable
Got to do corridor duty from 6.30am.
Followed by lessons all the way till 12pm. Only with recess as a break.
I realised I didn't get a proper sit-down from the moment I left home till then.
It had to make a comeback.
I almost couldn't get out of bed (literally) the next day.

Had to put up with it a couple more days.
But wait, then came my loser moment on Saturday...
I didn't notice that my mom had just mopped that section of the floor.
The door chose that moment to threaten to slam. Could be the wind or something.
Weirdly, I ran for it. (I usually don't bother.)
The next thing I knew, I was flat on my back.
It really happened so fast I didn't know how I slipped and fell.
My first thought - MY BACK!!!

Day 12 (Monday)
Today, the pain is minimal.
I hope I can get back to exercising tmr.
I feel like a blob of fats now. T.T

Remember there was this time when...
I was sick and was hoping that it wasn't a start to something worse?
Well, IT didnt happen! PHEW!

You see, I never have chicken pox before.

So, my sis was down with the dotties lah.
I was so worried about the thought of missing school for 2 weeks sia.
Its not that I'm not a workaholic, but think about my pupils and their studies...

I am so glad I managed to escape it somehow.
THANK GOD.
I feel so blessed. (Good) Sigh.
To prevent any future scares, I went for the vaccination recently.
It feels safe to be 95% immune to the contagious disease now. Hee...
Another jab in 2 weeks will make me 98% immune to it! :D

My sense of security did not last for long, I tells you.
Never mind that the GO called me Mdm K. when a parent came. Grrr...
The news the father brought was worst - One of my girls has HFMD!
Argh!!! So much about immunity man! :s

Firstly, let's celebrate the opening of the new MRT stations!!!
Whoooopie!!!
This means... I can just take the train to work.
No more hopping from bus to bus/train :))

It also means I'll be walking lots more everyday.
But hey, I'm not complaining. It's therapeutic.
It gives me time to reflect as my legs go on auto mode.

thanks for being loyal and checking if I have FINALLY gotten round to update this blog :p

For that, heres a long update as your reward:

Well.. I wanted to blog sometime during the early part of Term 4..

The fasting month came and went..

It wasnt really a happening period: BEHAVE and FUN don't go together right? :p

Oh oh oh!!! My birthday!!! How could I almost forget!

I got presents which were AWESOME!

Many unexpected surprises and new toys! hehe

I daresay its one of the truly happy birthdays I have ever had!

Then I had this stupid thingy on my knee..

Wah lau infection until cannot walk loh..

It got worst just 2 days before raya.. Great timing huh?

Had to go for regular check ups for abt a mth..

Until im buddies with the nurses at the polyclinic..

And the mat motors who juz got into accidents.. Yea right! lol

After that school just got busy and busier until I lost track of time...

Somewhere near the end of the term,

Off to Desaru I went with some school kids and a bunch of teachers..

A treat for the pupils who got gold in nationals..

It was a cool experience.

Somehow it just got more exciting!

Went to Rihanna's concert with Rozi.. It was good while it lasted coz its bloody short.

So, the concert ended early right.. We decided to talk a walk to somewhere ah..

But after walking for abt an hour or so, we came to a dead end.

Took a bus to Aljunied MRT. Yah by then it was almost 11pm.

We unknowingly walked into some hotspots.

Thankfully we survived the adventure. Phew!

It was weddings that follow after that.

Then went to a catholic church wedding of a colleague.

Felt like a learning journey of some kind sia.. haha

I think finally I'm beginning to adjust to the life of a tcr.
I still feel tired though. haha.

The first week is over.
The stress and hectic schedule has taken its toll on my health. :(

- find a way to perform out of my comfort zone.
- adjust my body clock.
- motivate myself to be creative.
- find outlets to detress.
- manage my time better.

so 2008 is here to stay..

well for at least 300 plus days..

It kind of sucks that i was ill since DAY ONE..

actually i thought its one of those bugs that will go away after at 3-4 days..

dont wallow in self pity i say, we'll pull through this..

then when i took a short afternoon nap after school,

i've never had so much... well, those stuff you rub off your eyes after sleeping

its was like glue!

i had teary eyes - i tht it was juz me crying deep inside that school has started

headache - well, assignments are due in like a month!

cough - its juz the bug

blocked nose - from the flu before the cough

and then yesterday i cant take it anymore...

off to the doctor i went!

turns out i had a fever blablabla

check out my drug fix!

shld have listened to the parents and miss rozi when they said its time to see the doc..

but i thought eating an apple a day and all.......

as i was popping in the pills, i read the label on the cough mixture

i'll read them over and over as long as its in front of me

Alright, if you infer from the picture above, you would know that I have already watched Spiderman 3! Wee!!

So early in the morning, I begged Miss Arr [haha... its Rozi lah] to come down to JP.. hehe..

If ur wondering how I could be up and about so early...

Well, I had the corporate video shoot in the morning..

and then there's another session in the evening..

So I decided to kill time by watching my love! hehe..

I would say that I lurve this movie much more than the past 2 because...
1. The story is not draggy.
2. It is FULL of action. [Although a bit violent at some parts..]

Ok this entry was supposed to be done when I was still in practicum..

In short, practicum was really enlightening for me.

I've learnt soooo much more compared to the three years or so that I had in...
u know, our training grounds.

Although there were tonnes to mark everyday...

[there were moments that i nodded to sleep WHILE marking! hahaha]
...we had the 5 of us to entertain each other.

Cracking damn crappy jokes
lazing in the pantry
cheap lunches in school...

...expensive morale booster meals!

well when the kids give you crappy stuff
u cant help but do some even crappier stuff to destress!

Reasons why parents can be nightmares:

A parent called up to say I was too harsh coz a girl didnt want to go to school because of me.
It was the mother's fault. She didnt want to give the girl money to replace her lost Maths WB.

A boy said a substitute teacher took his drawings and tore it into pieces.
His grandmother immediately point the blame to a trainee. WTH.
I had to go to the VP's office DURING PRACTICUM!

A boy didn't do his homework.
Reason: "My mother wanted us to go out when I reached home.
After that it was already night time and I was tired."

After the repair, the person told me it was a software problem.

Im back!!

Practicum
Its really a hell lot of work man!! Ok I know its my fault for delaying all the lesson observation reports for Weeks 1 and 2. Now, I have like half of Week 2 left after pia-ing like mad just now!

Then got to start on typing out the reflections of my lessons in Week 3. yaya.. I know - What kind of a teacher am I? Procrastinate until I'm drowning myself.. haiz.. no time for regrets now right...

Next up! Science scheme of work and lesson plans for next week AND social studies lesson plans. Must be 'student-centered'. Argh!! My brain is so tired from all the thinking!!

Finally, need to prepare all the materials for next week. 2 observations leh!! Bloody *toot*!! Wonder what my sup will say... *pulls hair out*
Or wonder if my CT thinks I'm more formally dressed this coming lesson! In case ur wondering, I was wearing nice nice stuff for my 1st observation ok! Not sure why he said not formal enough.. Maybe I should wear short2 skirt! LOL!

Haiz ok Im gg to sleep now.. Hope i wont dream of smth practicum related again.. I've been dreaming of disastrous lessons after lessons since practicum started...its that bad :(

Hello I'm baaaaaack!!!

Been super duper busy with field work. thanks to the social studies module :s

It all started with the 'sample' one at fort canning.. damn tiring...

damn tired! but still got time to pose with the cannon! lol

then had the first one at chinatown. 'tumpang' another class' bus to get there.
PS: we had to teach jas how to make funny face!!!

Didnt take any pictures for the 2nd field trip. this is the 3rd one.
at kampong glam. we had to GLAM up and wear tanjak to identify our roles
walked around with that... it was itchy i tell u!

So the week before the past one [i think], Rozi and I rented a car for some joyride..

My FIRST TIME driving after getting my license abt 3 mths ago!!

Olive taught me how to park without poles! :)

I asked my bro to look up www.streetdirectory.com and so it was solved!

So we were happily travelling in BKE heading to Woodlands, and then I panicked!

I saw the signboards with the cashcard reminder thingy

I tht somewhere muz pay dunno wat... yah lah, i know ur saying: pay wat??!!

So when I was happily putting in the cashcard in the IU, I missed the exit!!

GUESS WHERE I ENDED UP AT???!!!

Been doing a lot of reflections lately..

I realized that I havent blogged for quite some time... Been real busy i guess with all the preparations for school.. not that im preparing for school per se but it seems that im left with only 3 weeks of holz.. and it seems that all that time will be devoted to camps, meetings etc.

Watched X-MEn 3 after driving before heading to NIE to play some badminton.
So what do I think of the movie? It wasn't as bad as what I've heard. Both me and Rozi loved it coz after we got out of the theatre we felt as if we had some sort of superpower.. Go figure!!

So what has Miss Khadijah been up to lately?? Let's find out.. hehe..

Went for my first ever Big Walk last Sunday [21 May]. Can't believe Rozi and I walked for 10km so freaking early in the morning. Saw some interesting people and many attention seekers who claimed that they did it to keep them motivated. Like watever.

Both of us managed just fine just by chatting about practically everything under the sun. haha.. Overall, it felt totally weird to be up so early on a SUNDAY morning. Sadly also, didn't see any cute guys. :P

Oh yah, went for some bowling fun after that. Like walking 10km wasn't enough. hee...

The past few days were spent driving.. So if you live around Bt Batok/CCK/Teck Whye look out for me. The car that is most likely to swerve madly and almost hit the kerb when doing the left turns could be me. Yes, I suck at left turns. Wah!!! T.T

Nothing much to say except.. hopefully my flu clears real soon.

BSc Chalet:
It was fun!! I got to sleep properly on beds [ok mattresses] plus blankets and all for the first time in a chalet.. haha! I have to say one of highlights was playing the NG game.. Quite tiring but very entertaining.. Great job Quek and CS!!

The last night we didn't sleep [an achievement for me yet again] and we walked past the Red House on the way to Downtown East.. Although it wasn't really along the way.. haha.. Although nothing big happened we freaked ourselves out! haha.. so typical!! Then splashed around and played monkey in the pool early in the mornig in my berms and tee. It was quite heavy I tell you! I just realised the last time I went swimming was in Sec 2! That's like 7 years ago.. my.. how time flies...

Driving:
Hmm.. I'll to admit that I suck at turnings.. BUT I'm not giving up.. hehe.. after all Im only a beginner. Its fun driving on the roads especially the 70km/h ones.. Woo hoo!! Cool!!

NIE Dinner & Dance: [Yesterday]
Cant believe I forked out big bucks for another DnD especially when I'm not even graduating yet. However, I would say that this one was a million times better last last year's which traumatised me deeply. In case you're wondering why, the entertainment sucked big time!

It's been a while huh? Anyaway, I myself kind of got bored looking at my un-updated blog! haha.. Ok so what I've been to after the stats paper about a wekk plus ago?? I'VE BEEN ROTTING LIKE MAD AT HOME!! haha.. Everyday I'm like: wake up, slack, watch tv, slack, read, slack, watch tv/read till late, sleep!! hahaha!!

Dear Diary

Last Thursday, I watched 'Take the Lead' with Aini and Rozi. It was a typical feel-good movie but I thought it could have done better if its ending wasn't so abrupt. So as usual, after that we hung out at JP and checked out all the guys we could see. Nah, just felt like typing that as it rhymes… So as usual, we just hung out at a coffee place and talked for what seemed like minutes when a few hours had actually passed by.

And yesterday, we went to ECP to cycle [We being me, Rozi, Jasmine, Ling & Quek]. We actually wanted to rent the bikes for 4 hours as they had the rent-one-hour-get-the-next-hour-free promotion on a weekday. However, due to the looming dark clouds, we cycled for 2.5 hours only. Luckily, we didn't cycle more than that because when I reached home, my knees started to hurt real bad and it felt like they're dropping out of their sockets.

You see, it's been a while since I went cycling so I think I over-exerted my muscle somehow. Its also thanks to roller-blading-Quek coz I had to pull him up the slopes on some occasions. I had a disturbed sleep as it was THAT painful even though I had applied the deep heat rub. Fortunately, the cream did work. When I woke up just now, it was no longer THAT bad although there's still some lingering pain.

And talking about knees... I don't know how I'm going to study for the Bio paper this Friday. I totally hate all those Bio lingo 'cause I just hate memorizing all that stupid terms. Which is the reason why I dropped Bio waaaaay back in Sec 2 and I thought Bio will never haunt me again after that. Oh well. I was so wrong! Hopefully the MCQs will sort of help me trigger my memory during the test.

Can't wait for the 27th!! After the Stats paper, I'll be free, Free, FREE until August! Awesome!

But till then, I got to hit the books/notes/tutorial/whatever... Bye!

Saturday: had tuition as usual.. its getting more and more tiring trying to control hyper kids.. haha.. after that went to help out at NIE/NTU open house.. after dinner at jp, we were pretty much brain dead.. so tired!

after about half a month later, im back.. more tired than ever..

the last 2 weeks have been truly a nightmare man.. the recess week was spent doing assignments and more assignments.. ced proposal, ced dreamweaver poject, ctl boardgame thingy, ccm lesson plan, cce essay... if you are thinking i managed to accomplish them all within that week, you are SO wrong!!!

it seems like the procrastinator in me should be blamed coz why the hell did i pile up everything??!! but then again, when i do get started, the perfectionist in me made me go through them all many many times to make it "perfect".. in the end i think they are nowhere near perfect coz sleepyhead me insists on sleeping... haiz.. its so hard when u have spilt personalities huh?

so yah.. i had to continue working on some stuff when school reopened this week.. the super late nights and early mornings definitely took a toll on me.. i got a HORRIBLE flu out of nowhere.. wah!!! T;T <-- thats me crying with my nose dripping in case you cant figure it out...

What a LONG week since my last update. School has been a CRAZY mess! And I think it'll be still as messy throughout the sem.. timetable is weird.. Like rozi, Im so not ready for school.. wah!!! I miss my beauty sleep terribly.. with 8.30 classes almost everyday.. and classes stretching till 5.30 almost everyday too.. Im still recovering from the shock of looking at my timetable for the first time.. have we been pampered in our first 3 sems or wat? I just cant accept this sucky timetable!!!

Only first week into the sem I can foresee that it'll be ultra bloody packed with club activities, assignments etc.. How to go shopping like this??? haha..

Anyway, after visiting the library at je yesterday.. yesh.. so enthu i noe.. rozi and i planned to do some shopping.. but due to unforeseen circumstances, we were delayed in settling some "official business".. kekeke.. next time ah.. whenever next time is ;)

Oh yah.. TTC Retreat yesterday felt like a corporate dinner.. hehe.. food was good at Lagun Sari.. and luckily Renee managed to retrieve her stuff which she left at polar cakes cafe at citylink..

its been a LAZY holiday for me.. transformed into my true being.. a couch potato.. hehe.. oh yah.. went to my aunts place yesterday coz..... my couson was CIRCUMCISED!!! hahahahaha!!! but time has definitely made it a less painful experience coz he was running about only 5 days after the ordeal.. wow rite?

this coming week will be packed.. with MEETINGS.. im mentally preparing myself to be bored to death.. luckily theres narnia to look forward.. and tennis.. last round before school reopens.. *gasp* so fast meh? can we request for a holiday extension or smth? PLEASE???

i was tinkering around the portal.. and my itchy fingers decided to check out if timetable is out.. guess wat? it only spoils my mood.. my tuesdays end at 5.30pm!!! wah!!!!! this cant be true!!! :(
please dun be too excited abt the timetable.. coz its the ONLY subject that has been assigned a slot.. hee..

mon was supposed to be shopping day.. but after collecting my new specs.. nth really caught my eyes.. haha.. pardon the pun.. didnt really get to shop.. a wake up call for me.. i wun get into details coz it will be too depressing for me.. haiz..

anyways.. results were also out on that day.. only managed to check it when i got home.. i have to say that im REALLY THANKFUL.. coz it was seriously unexpected..

its not the norm for me to create new year resolutions.. but this time i do see the need.. wun tell you wat they are in the fear of jinx-ing them.. yup.. many resolutions.. wish me luck!!

sharity camp part two went well.. it was really the most awesome sharity camp i've ever been to.. great kids, great fellow volunteers :) THANK U SO MUCH GUYS!!

oh ya.. the manpower thingy? in the end we were only short of one person.. and some campers did not turn up.. so there wasnt any manpower shortage after all.. panic for nth only.. haha..

yup.. now recharging after such a hectic week.. monday will be another round of SHOPPING!!! weeee!!!!

certainly a hectic week this one.. Sharity camp from yesterday till fri.. fortunately no major hiccups for day one of lower pri camp.. feels weird that im not there now since i did the collborating and all.. oh well.. muz let it experience the ups and downs for my baby to grow strong.. quite worried abt upper pri camp though.. hate it when people back out on me.. i mean i understand this kind of thing very unexpected one.. but still.. how am i supposed to find replacementSSS in time??!! its tomorrow!! argh!!

doesnt help that im teething and it hurts.. in case if u dont know im getting wiser!! keyword: wisER :P even smiling excessively hurts.. so you say dont smile excessively lah.. but i cant help it what.. im a happy gal wat.. hurhurhur.. not funny i noe.. argh!! how how how??? how to find people?? they all gg holz lah this lah that lah.. shit.. i hate this..

its my 103rd blog entry!! yay!! why 103 u ask? coz i din notice it when i blogged my 100th entry.. hahaha!!!

went to bbdc to attend the stupid basic theory lessons yesterday.. compulsory even if we have passed the tests.. mon will be another torturous day too coz rozi and me will have to go for the boring final theory lessons.. *yawnz*

anyway.. at the start of our first lesson.. i saw this guy and the first thing that came to mind was: sly poseur.. bcoz of the hair and all.. but.. its was SYLVESTER SIM!! *shrieks!!* haha.. and on the way to his seat he had to walk real close to our table.. so we took the opportunity to get starstruck.. hahahaha!!

after that we met up wif aini at chevrons to bowl.. i've never seen such an emotional play before.. hehe.. of coz we chilled as usual till late.. but not that late lah.. haha.. had a great time juz catching up and hearing each other stories..

its been a while.. not that nth happened but no mood to blog.. hah!

yesterdays outing wif my sis sort of inspired me to write this piece [of crap].. so the story went like this...

at first i was lazy to go out but then i had to meet up wif lixun to get some stuff.. since they were holding a meeting near city hall i had drag myself all the way there.. the trouble started when he told me they were at bras basah mac.. but how was i supposed to know where the hell it is man.. im NO uptown gal u noe.. luckily my sis accompanied me so i had someone to whine at while we got lost a couple of times until lixun fianlly gave up and decided to meet me at raffles city instead.. haha..

so after that my sis and i walked around the place.. we were pretty bored so we decided to check out the sports expo they were holding at suntec city.. it was worth our trip coz OH MY GOODNESS!! there were soooooo many hunks!!! LOL!!

before we went home we detoured at the pasar malam at jp and initially i tht my eyes were still blur from the hunks galore.. but a stall was selling fer-reaking sharks' fin soup!!!!! luckily my sis who has this SERIOUS anger management problem didnt start furiously overturning the tables or wat.. all i have to say is.. why oh why are they sooo cruel??!! its the same as cutting off the legs of cows and releasing them back to the fields to DIE.. argh!!

juz got off the phone talking to aini and rozi.. wah lau.. they holding a slumber party without me loh.. baru aje cakap pasal miss miss.. takpe aini.. hehe..

supposed to have a bsc meeting this morning.. unfortunately there was a problem so rozi, renee and me discussed abt sharity camp instead.. at jp swensens.. haha.. oh ya when we were at club room before that i actually pointed out this girl who looks so much like raudhah.. my softball buddy hee.. and rozi was like yah, its her cousin! i almost fall off the sofa man.. being the loser that i am.. haha..

so i was gone for a few days.. went off to malacca for my cousin's wedding.. call me mountain tortoise or watever but it was the first time i was at an akad nikah ceremony.. the tok kadi was definitely very merciless in the testing of the groom's knowledge abt islam.. other than that i got the usual "wah! so big already?!" and due to the occasion "when is ur turn?" like wat the hell loh.. but overall it was fun lah meeting all my relatives malay and chinese alike.. the feeling was like wow.. u mean im related to them??

this qns always pops up when we talk abt marriages.. how do we know he/she is the ONE? u mean there's only one out there? wat if my guy isnt in singapore? i mean look at the odds man.. the probability is 0.o839%.. woah!!!!

Our maths gang celebrated Rozi and CS birthdays at Sentosa yet again yesterday! haha.. 2nd year doing it there.. had a fair share of beach games as usual.. had a great time torturing the bday babies thks to queks idea.. hehe.. i swear i didnt hav any input to it except for the yes yes uh-huh uh-huh part.. :p
the weather was kind to us.. actually far too kind.. we were burnt at the end of the day.. haha.. my face and arms hurt from the sunburn man.. wish me luck in trying to look presentable at my cousin's wedding in Malacca this Sunday.. hahaha!!!

hey hey.. here's a brief summary of wat happenned ya.. okie.. firstly, did i spell happen wrongly? the more i stare at it the more foreign the word looked.. but nvm.. haha..

mon was nie jalan raya.. many new faces.. but heck.. there were only 5 of us who were on our 2nd one.. are we THAT irritating? hehe.. okie.. so since last year my hse was last they outing started in jurong and ended at tampines.. luckily we were chop chop coz we ended pretty fast.. altho i missed chamber of secrets part 2 on channel 5.. ok.. ok.. i've watched it but its a good show wat..

which then brings me to today.. I WATCHED GOBLET OF FIRE!!! it was wow man.. really a wow.. atikah: i did bring along tissue for the death scene.. but fumbling for it in the dark with a blurred vision.. its just not possible.. haha.. okie.. having just read the book [in one day.. once u read the book u cant put it down.. haha..] i could point out many parts which were different from the book.. but ok lah.. the plot and all still there.. i think i wanna watch it again.. hehe.. see how lah :p

oh yah.. i hav to start studying for my final theory paper real soon.. its pretty scary doing it alone!!

Monday [CAM 204 Number Theory]
This being the first AS paper.. i was a gan cheong spider i tell u.. coz u noe wat happened? i brought the wrong card into the exam hall.. instead of my matric card i brought in my cash card.. so stoopid rite.. so i had to run back to the "bag" room and rush back to the hall.. during the paper dunno why my right eye was itchy.. then i rub it too hard i think.. coz my contact lens went up and it was blur... when i rub it some more.. lo and behold.. the lens droppped out.. so throughout the whole paper i was closing one eye like some idiot.. and i mistook a 3 for a 5 or smth like dat.. hope the mistake is not too costly.. haiz..

Wednesday [CAM 202 Algebra II]
this paper was ok i think.. thankfully nth stoopid happened to me.. phew!

Thursday [CAM 201 CAlculus II]
Calculus.. haiz.. i had a hard time doing the multiple integral thingy man.. hope i get working marks for it.. haiz...

But anyway.. after the paper.. we went out!! yeah!! the math gang had yet another outing.. hehe.. a hari raya outing.. so abt nine of us [cs, quek, jasmine, ana, atikah, rozi, ling, olive and me] went to my house to eat and have fun.. after that we all took cabs to raid rozi's house.. [atikah went off to watch harry potter with her family.. i cant wait to watch it wif my sis & mom!!!]

but stoopidly, the taxi driver of our cab heard our destination wrongly.. instead of heading to toh guan he happily was bringing us to dover.. so we were like.. eh? where is he gg to? and he die die said rozi gave the address as dover.. our cab fare was double that of the other cab loh.. like wat the hell man..

so.. after gg to ana's place at yishun we were planning to watch the exorcism of emily rose at ps at 6.50pm.. we didnt book any tix coz it was a weekday and all.. and since it played for quite some time alr we were quite confident we could get tix.. but thks to our dear cs.. he suggested that we take the 10-min walk to yisun mrt stn which was seriously NOT 10 minutes far.. so to cut the story short.. we didnt get the tix :(

so.. we cancelled the dinner-at-newton-after-the-movie and the four of us [ya.. the survivors were me, rozi, olive and quek] juz ate at swensens to wait for the 9.30pm show at jp.. haha!! yeah.. we rozi die die want to watch the movie yesterday.. hehe.. so we were actually late again for the movie at jp.. luckily we already booked our tix online thru the help of ling.. so in the end we watched the movie altho we were so dead tired from the whole day's event..

the movie was pretty scary i guess.. moral of the stoyr? i guess don't go and check out funny things in the middle of the night especially if its 3am.. haha..

okie.. thats all i have to say for now.. but EXAMS ARE REALLY OVER!!!
